Join Aimee and other budding artists to work on your own projects or work from inspiration provided by Aimee. We can share tips and explore fun ways to create amazing effects using alternative materials with watercolour.
Materials are not provided. Please provide your own watercolour paper (300gsm recommended), brushes and paints. Palettes and water pots can be provided. Paper will also be available to buy and if you forget paints the Craftship have some basic watercolours you can use.
This is a predominantly adult group but over 12s are welcome to join us too. Other painting mediums are also welcome at our club however only water colour themes will be given each week.
This club is free for a limited number of weeks thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund and reinvested profits from activity led by Craftship Enterprise CIC (Made in Ashford & the Craftship). Last funded session of this club is the end of May date.
This workshop will be held in our new ground floor purpose created workshop space, the Craftship! Find us opposite Made in Ashford, next door to the side of Greggs Just inside Park Mall.
Wet artwork can be left safely on the premises until dry for you to collect during The Craftship opening hours or on the following painting club date.
