Today on Friday 20th May we celebrate World Bee Day! Bees are one of the most important pollinators on the planet, we rely on bees to pollinate the plants we need to grow food all around the world. Bees give us food security, help with biodiversity and contribute to the conservation of climate change.
The decline of bees around the world is of huge concern, this is caused by pesticides and loss of habitat. We need to do all we can to recognise the importance of bees and take care of their survival around the world.
It comes as no surprise that so many of our customers love the bee products that our makers produce. Here's a selection that you can find in Made In Ashford.
